"With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, we have decided to share our knowledge of Italian cuisine with all chefs who love our culinary traditions and want to get hands-on in the heart of Italian cooking. By booking this experience, you'll have the opportunity to spend from 7 days (minimum) to 14 days or more (based on your request) working alongside our chefs. You'll also get the unique chance to observe how two restaurants with different target audiences operate.
